Classroom Course Outline – 3 Continuing Education Hours
Course description/abstract:
This 3-hour classroom session will cover the Client Protection Expert Certification (CPE) which is
a designation for Real Estate Professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada that have shown
proficiency in Home Inspection practices and standards, Home Warranty coverage issues, and
General risk reduction practices for clients in regards to Property Condition Issues.
Goal:
Students will possess the knowledge to successfully help their clients make an informed buying
decision of their residential home through a better understanding of the covered topics.
Administered by Friendly Inspector Inc. students, upon successful completion of this session, will
receive a Certificate of Completion and be granted full use of the CPE designation from Home
Inspection University.
